M.Com is a well-groomed program, challenging students to become critical thinker for strong leadership in business and commerce. The Master of Commerce degree program aims to provide students with good familiarization in various field of business and an opportunity to specialize in a selected area. All courses within the program are designed for a rapidly changing world with innovation, market relevance, flexibility and international focus. The program builds a concurrence and congruity between the academic environment and the actual business outside. This degree program will enable students to understand and critically analyses financial reporting issues and their impact within the framework of generally accepted accounting principles as well as understanding of Cost and Management Accounting Techniques. Banking functions are well understood in respective area, including emerging trends of Islamic Banking. The basic aim of Master of Commerce program is to provide students with a good grooming in their chosen discipline, to prepare students for entry level positions in their chosen discipline in the organizations and to stimulate the students for a long learning desire for higher studies.
